Pricing

Simple pricing. Real software.

Hobbyists get the full app with local-only agents. Pros get every hosted agent. Teams get the bookkeeping. One free trial, no surprises.

Hobby

For local development and weekend code.

Free forever
  • One workspace, full Code Decks UX
  • Local oMLX coding agent on-device (Qwen, Gemma, and the rest)
  • libghostty terminal with splits, scrollback, find, OSC notifications
  • Embedded editor with tree-sitter syntax highlighting
  • deck RPC CLI for scripting the app
  • Community support via Discord

Free is local-only by design. No hosted-agent calls hit our network — there's nothing for us to pay for. Use your own machine; use it forever.

Most popular

Pro

The default tier. Every agent. Every workspace.

$12 per month
  • Everything in Hobby
  • All hosted coding agents — Claude, Codex, Antigravity
  • Unlimited workspaces and decks
  • MCP server integration — bring your own MCP tools to every deck
  • Tasks orchestrator — queue work across agents and decks
  • Priority support, one-business-day response
  • 14-day free trial

Stripe Checkout links go live once the account is connected.

Pro pays for the engineering around hosted agents — keeping pace with Claude / Codex / Antigravity wire changes, the orchestrator, MCP plumbing, and the support load that follows. You still bring your own API keys; we don't resell tokens.

Team

One invoice. Shared setup. The same Deckosaurus on every laptop.

$20 per seat / month
  • Everything in Pro, per seat
  • Shared workspace presets — push layout, agent, accent to every teammate
  • SSO-ready account stub (SAML/OIDC, beta)
  • Invoice billing with NET-30 terms
  • Centralised seat management via the Customer Portal
  • Dedicated Slack/Discord channel with Round Rect engineering

Team is for finance: one invoice instead of N receipts, one admin account that can revoke a seat when someone rolls off, and the shared presets that mean a new hire's Deckosaurus looks like everyone else's on day one.

Common questions.

How does the free trial work?
Pro starts with a 14-day trial. We require a card up front via Stripe Checkout — no charge until day 15, and you can cancel any time from the Customer Portal. The trial includes every hosted agent and the Tasks orchestrator.
Do I need to bring my own API keys?
Yes. Pro and Team are subscriptions for Deckosaurus the IDE — you connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google keys. We don't resell tokens, so you keep direct control of usage and billing on each provider. Keys live in a 0600 JSON file on your machine. Hobby uses oMLX local models, which need no key at all.
What's your refund policy?
14 days, no questions. If you charge Pro and decide it isn't for you, email hello@deckosaurus.com from the address on the receipt and we'll refund in full. After that we honour the standard subscription cancellation flow — keep using until the period ends, then it stops.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, hosted-agent decks stop spinning up; everything else — terminals, editor, oMLX local agent, your workspaces — keeps working forever on the Hobby tier. We never lock you out of your files.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes. Every hosted agent has a "use my key" mode. Keys are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Deckosaurus/secrets.json with 0600 permissions — no Keychain prompts, no SaaS roundtrip. You can swap a key without restarting the app.
How do Team seats work?
A seat is a person. Buy N seats and the Customer Portal hands you N invite links — each one provisions one user account against your team. Add seats any time (prorated); remove a seat at renewal and we credit the unused portion. Invoice billing kicks in at 5+ seats.
