Refund Policy
Effective date: to be inserted on publication
1. 14-day, no questions asked
Any Pro subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first charge for any reason. Team is refunded prorated to unused seat-months.

2. How to request a refund
Email hello@deckosaurus.com from the address on your Stripe receipt with the subject line "Refund". No form, no survey, no retention call.

3. Processing time
We'll acknowledge within one business day and issue the refund through Stripe; the credit takes 5–10 business days to land on your card depending on issuer.

4. After the 14 days
Cancel any time from the Customer Portal; the subscription stays active until period end, then doesn't renew. We don't pro-rate refunds outside the 14-day window.

5. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback before contacting us, we lose the dispute fee and the goodwill — please email us first.
