Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
Using Deckosaurus means you accept these terms; if you don't, don't use it.

2. The Subscription
Pro and Team are recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe; trial periods, renewal cadence, and price-change notice live here.

3. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Deckosaurus on Macs you own or control during your subscription period.

4. License-key delivery
On successful payment we email a license key to the address on the Stripe receipt; you're responsible for keeping it safe; lost keys can be re-issued from the Customer Portal.

5. Refund
We'll refund any Pro payment within 14 days of first charge for any reason; refunds are processed by Stripe and take 5–10 business days to return to your card.

6. Acceptable use
Don't use Deckosaurus to do illegal things, don't break the app on purpose, don't resell it.

7. Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account; tell us if it gets compromised.

8. Third-party agents
When you enable hosted agents (Claude, Codex, Antigravity) Deckosaurus relays your prompts to those vendors under their terms; we're not responsible for vendor outages or vendor terms changes.

9. Termination
You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal; we can terminate for breach with notice; on termination your active period continues to its end and the Hobby tier remains available indefinitely.

10. Warranties, liability, governing law
Software-as-is, our liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months, governing law is to be specified.
